PURPOSE:
The Clerk to Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Commissioners would like the minutes of the Commission to reflect Commissioner Terry’s request to rescind his appointment of Graham “Ashton” Walker to District 4 Community Council approved by the Board of Commission on February 22, 2022-agenda item 2022-1270.
NEED/IMPACT:
It has been determined and by mutual agreement, both Commissioner Terry and Mr. Walker request that Mr. Walker’s District 4 Community Council appointment be rescinded.
The Board of Commission approved agenda item 2022-1270 with a term to serve until 12/31/2024. He is no longer able or available to serve in this capacity.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No financial impact to DeKalb County

Recommended Action
Direct the Clerk to record that the appointment of Graham Ashton Walker to the District 4 Community Council, appointed by District 6 Commissioner Ted Terry on February 22, 2022 has been rescinded.
