PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on January 25, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $3,323,100.00.  This contract consists of the maintenance of Mystery Valley Golf Course including the provision of daily, monthly, bi-weekly and quarterly maintenance, to include tees, greens, fairways, semi-rough, rough, natural areas, water features, cart paths, bridges, practice facilities, fencing, trees buildings, signs, utilities, parking areas and all things necessary to promote a high-quality golf facility.  This request is to add funds to undertake the renovation of the 20-golf course putting greens which would then be maintained as part of the contract. 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:

 

Cypress Golf Management, LLC, 235 Apollo Beach Blvd., #422, Apollo Beach, FL  33572

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $ 258,000.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
