PURPOSE:
This contact consists of piggybacking off the competitively let GSA Contract No. 47QRAA10D001P to provide professional services for the implementation of an Oracle Cloud system to replace the current aging and no longer supported on-premises system. The total amount of the project is $17,033,628.00. The amount consists of the following: Implementation Costs: $8,224,487.00, Three Year Maintenance and Support Costs: $8,609,141.00, and Contingency Costs: $200,000.00. The contactor will provide product expertise, project management, system configuration, reports, integration development and support to the County's project team. The County went live in 2022 on Oracle HCM and Payroll Cloud and DoIT intends to move Financial, Procurement, Projects and Grants functionality to the cloud for the benefit to the County of having one single integrated system.

The County's contract is anticipated to survive the expiration of GSA Contract No. 47QRAA10D001P.
