This request is to rescind the award made to Avaya, Inc. and re-award to the correct vendor who will be paid for services. Award to Carousel Industries, Inc. Amount Not To Exceed: $1,123,391.88.

PURPOSE:
Consist of piggybacking off of the competitively let Statewide Contract no. 99999-SPD-T20120501-0004 for subscription licensing, support and parts/onsite support for the upgrade and modernization of existing telephone system. The initial request was awarded to Avaya directly, but should have been made to Carousel Industries, Inc. Carousel Industries, Inc. is an authorized reseller of Avaya systems and will be performing all system maintenance for the County on behalf of Avaya. This request is to rescind the award to Avaya, Inc. and re-award to Carousel Industries, Inc.
