PURPOSE:
To transfer $75,000 from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 Account 100592.80314.541100.05.600010 to District 2 Mason Mill Development account 106446.80314.541200.06.600010
NEED/IMPACT:
These funds will be utilized to provide artwork at Mason Mill Park by a local artist and provide for community engagement around this project. This additional funding will provide a unique recreational opportunity for the surrounding community to enjoy. The total project budget is $75,000.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to 2023 Operating Budget. $75,000 funded by 2001 Parks Bond District 2.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To transfer $75,000 from 2001 Parks Bond District 2 account 100592.80314.541100.05.600010 to District 2 Mason Mill Development account 106446.80314.541200.06.600010 and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the project.
