Appropriate $85,000 from POETA Account ________ reserved for District 1 to Georgia Safe Sidewalks to provide sidewalk repairs.
NEED/IMPACT:
This funding will be used to repair certain sidewalks in District 1.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The funding will come from District 1 POETA Account ______ and be appropriated to Georgia Safe Sidewalk.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the appropriation of $85,000 from POETA Account _______ reserved for District 1 to Georgia Safe Sidewalks and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or his designee to execute Memorandum of Agreements and all necessary documents in a form acceptable to the County Attorney, for the purpose of providing sidewalk repairs.
