PURPOSE:
To consider amending the resolution attached to Item 2022-2056, previously adopted on October 11, 2022, approving the abandonment and sale of a 0.14-acre section of public right-of-way adjacent to 1111 Palafox Drive, to correct the legal description of the right-of-way to be abandoned. A corrected resolution is attached.
NEED/IMPACT:
A scrivener’s error has been found in the resolution’s exhibit providing the legal description of the public right-of-way to be abandoned in Item 2022-2056. This item corrects the scrivener’s error by replacing exhibit “A” with a corrected legal description of the public right-of-way. The corrected resolution is attached.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Adopt the amended resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents in a form acceptable to the County Attorney.
