PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 14, 2022 for an amount not to exceed $12,729,048.82. This contract consists of resurfacing of County roads. This request is to increase the contract term through December 31, 2023 due to weather delays and funds to cover a significant increase in materials and labor.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
HEH Paving, Inc., 3384 Almand Road, Atlanta, GA 30316
Amount Not To Exceed: $2,164,059.29
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
