PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 28, 2020 as a sole source for an amount not to exceed $1,030,734.00. This contract consists of state-of-the-art oblique (birds-eye view), 4-way color imagining, annual, aerial capturing of data for DeKalb County. This request seeks approval of additional funding to capture the planimetrics and LIDAR data in addition to the annual aerial flight capturing.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Eagleview Technologies, Inc. (Pictometry), 25 Methodist Hill Drive, Rochester, NY 14623
Amount Not To Exceed: $472,894.21
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
