PURPOSE:
To initiate data collection for BOC identification of a SPLOST project list.
NEED/IMPACT:
Per Statute, the BOC will soon be required to develop a Project List in support of a SPLOST referendum. This Resolution mandates the provisions of data to support that process.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents to establish such regulation as outlined in the attached resolution.
