PURPOSE:
Consists of two (2) breathing air-light trailers to be used as backup breathing air systems to supplement the current air trucks during fire ground suppression operations. The trailers will also be used to assist during special operations trainings and incidents such as hazardous materials, technical rescue, confined space rescue and dive rescue operations. These are replacement units under the ten to twelve (10-12) year replacement schedules. Two (2) bids were received.
