PURPOSE:
To extend the time and term of the Agreement with The Steed Society, Inc. through December 31, 2024 and ratify a ninety (90) day contract term extension through March 31, 2023.
NEED/IMPACT:
This Amendment will allow The Steed Society, Inc. to continue to provide public outreach related to COVID-19 vaccinations and COVID-19 vaccination events.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None. Allocation of $50,000.00 of American Rescue Plan Act funds reserved for District 7 approved on April 12, 2022 as Item 2022-1401 will fund the time and term extension.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Approve an amendment to Contract No. 1272741 to extend the time and term of the Agreement through December 31, 2024, ratify the previous day 90 day term extension and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or his designee to execute the Amendment in a form acceptable to the County Attorney.
