PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 27, 2021 to two vendors for a total amount not to exceed $535,000.00. On October 26, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to both contracts for a total amount not to exceed $250,000.00 to complete upcoming projects at Oakcreek, Flat Shoals and Bouldercrest Parks, Porter Sanford and needed graffiti removal. On April 26, 2022, the BOC approved the 1st renewal to both contracts for a total amount not to exceed $1,315,000.00. This request seeks to exercise the 2nd renewal option through April 30, 2024.
