PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 14, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $125,000.00. On April 13, 2021, the BOC approved the first renewal for an amount not to exceed $125,000.00. On April 12, 2022, the BOC approved the second renewal for an amount not to exceed $142,160.00. This contract consists of supplying liquid adhesive to be utilized for roadway repairs or construction to bond old asphalts with new asphalts. Using existing 2nd renewal term funds, this request seeks to increase the contract term through April 30, 2024. This will allow for continuous services as well as an opportunity for a new procurement.
