PURPOSE:
Consists of providing a customized, cloud-based application designed and integrated into the County’s system for the DeKalb First Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE) program. DeKalb LINKS was created to support Certification Services and/or Compliance Services. This technology will assist the DeKalb First team by allowing LSBE applicants to submit their certification information digitally and includes a Contract Compliance module that creates reports that outline the utilization of LSBE contractors.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of the Sole Source with:
Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council, 759 W. Peachtree St., NE, Suite 107, Atlanta, GA 30308
Amount Not To Exceed: $170,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
