PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 14, 2020 to two vendors for a total amount not to exceed $967,723.00. On June 22, 2021, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $1,877,723.00. On July 12, 2022, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $1,117,723.00. This contract consists of providing inspection, repair and preventative maintenance services of the County chillers. This request is to increase funding to replace the chiller unit at Porter Sanford and to cover the costs associated with the rental of a temporary unit.
