PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 10, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $7,645,000.00. On April 12, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $1,694,940.00. CV360 Oracle Cloud system went live in January 2022. This request of $2,597,750.00 is to allow the County to continue to maximize the system’s potential to improve agility, efficiency, and analytics through the standardized use of the application.

Recommend approval of Change Order 2 with:
Deloitte Consulting, LLP, 191 Peachtree NE, Suite 2000, Atlanta, GA 30308
Amount Not To Exceed: $2,597,750.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
