PURPOSE:
To transfer $46,000 from the District 1 Park Bond fund to Mercer University PATH Trail Study Project
NEED/IMPACT:
This project will include the Mercer University Trail Study coordinated by the PATH Foundation. The area of study will be generally be bound by Henderson Mill Creek and Peachtree Branch along the south and I-85 and I-285 along the northeast and northwest.

To be funded from District 1 Parks Bond Funds
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the transfer of $46,000 from District 1 Parks Bond account to Mercer University PATH Trail Study Project; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the project.
