PURPOSE:
To explore the option of including additional fees for expedited plan reviews for development and building permits
NEED/IMPACT:
In an effort to reduce potential additional costs for new and existing development projects, developers should have the option of paying additional fees to expedite the permitting process should they choose to do so.
