PURPOSE:
To explore the option of including additional fees for expedited and/or after-hours water service reconnection
NEED/IMPACT:
Water service is a basic human need and when shut off, could pose individual and public health concerns. Allowing residents different options of restoring shut-off water services as soon as possible would minimize the impact of potential health issues.
