PURPOSE:
Awarded on July 30, 2020 to two (2) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $100,000.00. On July 27, 2021, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for all vendors for a total amount not to exceed $70,000.00. On June 28, 2022, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for all vendors for a total amount not to exceed $350,000.00. This contract consists of asbestos abatement, demolition of commercial and residential buildings, and debris removal. This request is to add Fire Rescue Services to Contract No. 1220675 for the asbestos abatement and demolition of an existing structure at 4329 Cowan Road, Tucker for the new Fire Station No. 5.
