PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 14, 2020 for an amount to exceed $500,000.00. BOC approved the 1st renewal on April 13, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. BOC approved the 2nd Renewal on April 12, 2022 for an amount not to exceed $476,000.00. This contract consists of providing High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe liners for installation in waterlines and pipe repair. This request is to ratify a previously provided thirty (30) day contract term increase effective as of May 1, 2023. It also seeks to increase the contract amount and term through April 30, 2024. This will allow for continuous services as well as an opportunity for a new procurement.
This substitute is submitted to revise the ratification request and contract expiration date.
