PURPOSE:
To accept the Building Opportunities for Out-of-School Time Summer Grant in the amount of $105,000
NEED/IMPACT:
This grant will assist the RCPA department in establishing a comprehensive summer program that seeks to expand access and serve more youth, with an emphasis on children who were most impacted by the pandemic. The grant will also be used to reduce barriers, such as transportation and participation costs, to allow more involvement in the summer activities.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To accept the RPCA Department’s Building Opportunities for Out-of-School Time (BOOST)Summer Grant in the amount of $105,000; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
