PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on June 23, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $1,189,930.00. On April 6, 2021, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,212,000.00. On June 14, 2022, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,300,000.00. This contract consists of providing repair and replacement services for fire hydrants and hydrant parts. This request is to increase the funds and contract term through December 31, 2023. This will allow for continued services as well as an opportunity for a new procurement.
