Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let TIPS/Region 8 ESC Contract No. 23020102 to purchase synthetic or natural sports fields, courts, or tracks and construction services for the renovation of fields at Hamilton Park and Redan Park. Awarded to: Deluxe Athletics LLC. Amount Not To Exceed: $1,280,170.64.

PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let TIPS/Region 8 ESC Contract No. 23020102 for the purchase of synthetic or natural sports fields, courts, or tracks and construction services.
The anticipated work includes the demolition of the existing fields, new irrigation systems, new fencing, sod, ballfield amenities and other items as required. Work also includes renovation of fields AB1, AB2 & AF21 at Hamilton and fields AB1, 2, 3 & Combo Field AB5/AF51 at Redan Parks.

Amount Not To Exceed: $1,280,170.64
