PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on March 9, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. On September 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $619,754.01. On February 8, 2022, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option in an amount not to exceed $859,870.76. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved a 2nd renewal in an amount not to exceed $978,106.36. This request is to add additional funds to replace the County's current static Rapid7 cyber security system. Currently, the system is in operation but the notifications are static and are responded to primarily during normal business hours. This request will enable active monitoring, seven days a week for twenty-four hours, with defined playbooks for actions to take when alerted.
