PURPOSE:
The Clerk to Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Commissioners would like the minutes of the Board of Commission to reflect the acceptance of the resignation from Richard Alvarez as the District 6 Appointment of the DeKalb County DeKalb County Recreation, Parks & Cultural Affairs Citizens Advisory Board.
NEED/IMPACT:
Richard Alvarez has served as the District 6 Appointment to the DeKalb County Recreation, Parks & Cultural Affairs Citizens Advisory Board for over a decade and has been invaluable.
Mr. Alvarez other commitments conflict so he has given notice to resign. Commissioner Terry is grateful for Mr. Alvarez’s immense contributions to this Advisory Board and the citizens of DeKalb County!
