PURPOSE:

To consider approval of the usage of SPLOST funding in an amount not to exceed $8,100,000.00 for the land acquisition, design, demolition, and construction services for the new Fire Station 16 located at 2750 Pleasant Wood Drive Decatur, Georgia 30034

 

NEED/IMPACT:

Usage of SPLOST funding requires approval by the Board of Commissioners. This will allow funding for the new Fire Station 16 project to move forward.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Funding will be approved thru approved SPLOST funding for Fire Station 16, Category 2A
