PURPOSE:
To approve the appropriation of (amount not to exceed) $10,000 from the District 2 ARP Fund POETA Account #105744.63258.521209.01.02.602479. This is a match appropriation to the District 5 agenda item 2023-0306 and District 6 agenda item 2023-0564 previously approved by the Board of Commissioners.
NEED/IMPACT:
The funding will be provided to the DeKalb County Office of Youth Services for the DeKalb County Youth Commission and for other programming for youth in DeKalb County for the purposes of educating and training youth in DeKalb County.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The funding will come from District 2 ARP Award POETA Account #105744.63258.521209.01.02.602479 and appropriated to the DeKalb County Office of Youth Services (Human Services Department).
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the appropriation of $10,000 from the District 2 ARP Award POETA Account #105744.63258.521209.01.02.602479 and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
