PURPOSE:
To allocate an amount not to exceed $53,000 from the District 3 Reserved for Appropriation Funds for District 3 Concert Series.
NEED/IMPACT:
The concert series will give individuals and families an opportunity to come and be a part of the arts community in an outdoor setting.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Transfer to Grant Fund (09130.611250.272.0000.0000) DeKalb County Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs amount not to exceed- $53,000
Decrease appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09130.579002.272.0000.0000) - $53,000
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the allocations from District 3 reserved funds, amount not to exceed $53,000 and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents.
