PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 28, 2021 in an amount not to exceed $412,260.00. On September 25, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase funds in an amount not to exceed $202,720.00 and the contract term through April 30, 2023. This contract consists of the design and implementation of an Active Directory Migration Services (ADMS). This request is to increase the contract funds and term through December 31, 2024. This request will allow for the completion of the ADMS implementation project which has been delayed due to current time constraints and staffing disruptions.

Amount Not To Exceed: $838,025.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents
