PURPOSE:

Consists of the installation of temporary and permanent vegetation cover for stabilization and odor mitigation at the Seminole Road Landfill. Growing vegetation ensures that the odor is kept below the surface so people can breath clean air. Neglecting this issue could worsen the odor at Seminole Road Landfill and possibly pose a risk to the public health and safety of the citizens.
