This contract consists of providing on call architect and engineering design services for a variety of planning, design, and construction projects for the County. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 25, 2022 to five (5) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $5,299,736.80. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add funding for an amount not to exceed $586,000.00 for Fire Rescue to utilize Contract No. 1272818 for the design of Fire Station 27. This request is to increase contract funds for Fire Rescue to utilize Contract No. 1272818 for the design of Fire Station 16.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
POND & Company, 3500 Parkway Lane, Suite 500, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092
Amount Not To Exceed: $531,994.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents
