PURPOSE:
District 4’s allocation of ARP funds will assist Hispanic entrepreneurs in economic development with the support of Prospera a nonprofit organization specializing in providing training, workshops, assistance, and resources to Hispanic small business entrepreneurs by assisting them in establishing or expanding their businesses.
NEED/IMPACT:
Prospera empowers Hispanic entrepreneurs through training, support, and resources so their businesses can grow and prosper.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
