This contract consists of providing program management services for projects funded by SPLOST. This request seeks to increase the scope of work, contract term through June 30, 2024, and contract funds for an amount not to exceed $403,200.00 under Change Order No. 2 and $2,953,655.90 under Change Order No. 3. Awarded to Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC. Amount Not to Exceed: $3,356,855.90.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 26, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $14,998,844.39. On November 8, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract funds by an amount not to exceed $2,764,502.36. This contract provides management of various types of projects in the SPLOST program from: Transportation Purposes, Public Safety Facilities and Related Capital Equipment, Repair of Capital Outlay (Parks and Recreation Repairs, General Repairs) and General Administrative. Increased operating costs and staff hours have been required to perform the contracted services and additional tasks may be required due to the upcoming referendum to continue SPLOST through 2030. This request seeks to increase the scope of work, contract term through June 30, 2024, and contract funds for an amount not to exceed $403,200.00 under Change Order No. 2 and $2,953,655.90 under Change Order No. 3.
