PURPOSE:

This contract consists of the emergency purchase of carpet for the replacement of the damaged carpet on Floors 2, 3, 5, 6 & 7 at the Judicial Towers due to a burst pipe that occurred on December 25, 2022. This purchase assist in bringing the building back to service.

Recommend ratification of Purchase Order No. 1334436 with:

 

Rabern-Nash Company, Inc., 5981 Live Oak Pkwy, Norcross, GA  30093

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $192,540.00

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

2. Justification:                     This purchase mitigated the loss of essential government services due to the building being closed in order to remediate, replace, and repair damage caused by a burst pipe.
