PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let SWC for software licenses and technical support to cover all existing Microsoft Corporation proprietary products utilized by the County. Since 2005, the County has entered into Microsoft Enterprise Agreements with authorized Microsoft resellers listed in the SWC. This request seeks approval to finance the annual true-up and new license quotes for years’ 2023 - 2026 to purchase new and existing Microsoft software licenses and support services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval to purchase from SWC 99999-SPD-SPD0000060-0003 with:
SHI International Corporation, 290 Davidson Ave., Somerset, NJ 08873
Total Amount Not To Exceed: $14,003,559.51
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all the associated documents.
