PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 14, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $476,700.00. This Software-As-A-Service is proprietary and utilized by Risk Management for web-based reporting, tracking, and adjustment of all Property & Casualty and Workers Compensations Claims. This request is for the addition of a Safety Management System (Environment, Health, and Safety) for safety inspections, audits and action tracking for all safety related incidents. Environment, Health, and Safety Software provides a comprehensive solution through a web and mobile platform. It offers automated workflows, robust reporting, and tools for creating audits and inspections across all departments. This allows managers and safety personnel to efficiently capture safety data and information from the field, allowing for effective risk management.
