PURPOSE:
To accept a grant award from Walmart Community Grants team, Facility #3709 in the amount of $500.00. No grant match is required.
NEED/IMPACT:
National Fire Prevention Safety Week occurs in October of each year. DeKalb County Fire Rescue provides programs during this period to educate the community on fire and life safety. This grant will assist in providing funding for various items as needed during the event.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no cost impact to the County for acceptance of the grant funds in the amount of $500.00
