This contract consists of providing engineering and surveying services related to municipal solid waste landfills, including services related to construction, operating, permitting and compliance at the County's solid waste management facilities. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 11, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00. On August 27, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00. On September 22, 2020, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00. On June 22, 2021, the BOC approved the 3rd renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term through September 30, 2023 and funds in an amount not to exceed $1,850,000.00. This request seeks to increase the contract term through December 31, 2024 and funds for new and ongoing projects including engineering services for the Seminole road landfill, transfer station, collection lots, construction, environmental regulatory and permits reports.
