PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 26, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00. On June 14, 2022, the BOC awarded Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $350,000.00. On September 13, 2022, the BOC awarded the 1st renewal not to exceed $900,000.00. This contract consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Omnia Partners Cooperative Agreement No. 53315 (Motor & Aviation Fuels & Related services) for the purchase of red dyed diesel fuel used to fuel off-road County equipment. Fleet Management seeks to continue use of the contract and the Department of Facilities Management is requesting to be added to the contract in order to provide fuel for the 911 generator antenna sites and back-up generators for County buildings.
