PURPOSE:

To consider approval of the usage of SPLOST funding in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00 for the acquisition of land for new Fire Station 14 located at 6584 Covington Highway Lithonia, GA 37069.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

Usage of SPLOST funding requires approval by the Board of Commissioners. This will allow funding for the new Fire Station 14 project to move forward.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Funding will be provided thru SPLOST for Fire Station 14, under Category 2A.
