PURPOSE:
To provide funding to the DeKalb County Board of Health for critical public health services and resources.
NEED/IMPACT:
Wellness disparities persist in underserved, uninsured and under insured individuals. DeKalb County Board of Health provides much needed health services and resources for the wellness care of individuals.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary document.
