PURPOSE:
DeKalb Community Service Board (CSB) a community-based behavioral health and developmental disabilities services organization located in metropolitan Atlanta provides a full range of mental health services, developmental disabilities programs and substance abuse treatment for adults.
NEED/IMPACT:
Allocated funds will support CSB’s work in providing treatment services and resources to uninsured and under insured individuals.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
