PURPOSE:
Allocation not to exceed $5,000 of District 4 2023 Reserve for Appropriation funds for Scottdale Day 2023 and 2024 events.
NEED/IMPACT:
Allocation will support the annual Scottdale Day Celebration at Tobie Grant Park. The event offers recreational and educational activities along with community fellowship. Scottdale Day is supported by Tobie Grant Recreation Center. The event draws some 4,000 attendees annually.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
