PURPOSE:
Record the appointment of Tyra Paytes to the District 4 Community Council Board.
NEED/IMPACT:
Pursuant to Section 27-7.1.2 of the Code of DeKalb County, the district commissioner shall appoint 11 members to the community council board. Community council members serve at the pleasure of the district commissioner making their appointment or until a successor is appointed and qualified. This item records the appointment in the minutes of the Clerk to the CEO and BOC. Tyra Paytes shall replace Wendell Charles Love on the District 4 Community Council Board.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
