PURPOSE:
To appropriate $1,400,000 in the 2023 budget to Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund and reallocate $1,400,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds from District Based Initiatives to reserves.
NEED/IMPACT:
To alleviate the continued back log of Commission District based American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding, this agenda item seeks Board of Commission approval to reappropriate $1,400,000 of ARP funding from district-based initiatives to the ARP reserves and appropriate $1,400,000 to Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund reserve for appropriations.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for Non-Departmental - Unincorporated Fund - Reserve for Appropriation by $1,400,000.
Decrease appropriations for Fund Reserves - Unincorporated Fund - Budgetary Reserve by $1,400,000.
Decrease appropriations for District Based Initiatives - American Rescue Plan Act by $1,400,000.
Increase reserves for American Rescue Plan Act by $1,400,000.
