PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 14, 2022 for an amount not to exceed $12,729,048.82. On March 14, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract amount by $2,164,059.29 and term through December 31, 2023. This contract consists of resurfacing of County roads. This request seeks to increase the contract term through August 31, 2024. Weather delays have impacted performance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
HEH Paving, Inc., 3384 Almand Road, Atlanta, GA 30316
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
