PURPOSE:
Allocation of District 4 ARP funds will support the work of PAL Plus to facilitate much needed programming for over 5,000 youth annually.
NEED/IMPACT:
Funding will support PAL Plus mentoring, conflict resolution classes, junior policy academy, youth recreational program, and college tours.
