PURPOSE:
To allocate not to exceed $5,000 of District 4 2023 Reserve for Appropriation funds to the LAA
NEED/IMPACT:
LAA is a community-based organization supporting DeKalb County residents with programs and resources that help individuals and families. LAA facilitates direct services and resources through programs for individuals and families that provides resources focused on civic engagement & advocacy, economic empowerment, youth services, family stabilization & well-being realizing significant community impact to affect systems level changes.

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary document.
